Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be procesed within 1-2 business days of receipt. GROUND is our standard 4-7 Business day shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS). Ground shipping within the continental US is free for orders over $250. For orders under $250 ground shipping has a $10 fee. APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service. P.O. Box delivery will take 4-7 business days LONGER to be received, depending on delivery location.
Guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM PT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM PT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PT will begin processing on the following Monday. Tobiblatt.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS If you need it faster, or want to request Saturday delivery, contact us and we will do whatever is humanly possible to get it to you when you want it! Privacy Policy
  Tobi Blatt honors the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you supply when you make a purchase or join our email list. Please read this notice carefully.

We value our customers and want to make shopping online as comfortable and as safe as possible. We have taken every precaution to safeguard your financial information. Your credit card numbers are encrypted while in transit using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Look for the COMODO seal. In our effort to be a leader in online security, we have designed data management software systems which automatically store and protect your information. Furthermore, for added safety, if our customer service team suspects anything to be improper with your order and/or your credit card, they will contact you and get voice authorization from you.

Personal Information
To tell you about our lastest products, and to receive special discounts and promotions through our "E-lite Club"membership, we need your e-mail address. To fulfill your order we need your address, phone and credit card information. Tobi Blatt does not collect any other personal information that you do not expressly provide. Tobi Blatt will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except to a third party as required to help us deliver your purchases.

Non-Personal Information
We may also request non-personally identifiable information, such as buying preferences, or age also known as demographic and profile data, though this information is optional. We may use this data to improve our site and/or tailor your experience at our site, showing you content that we think you might be interested in, and displaying content according to your preferences.

Usage Information
In addition to collecting personal and non-personal information, Tobi Blatt may also collect non-personal, aggregated information about subscribers' use of our site. This information is not personally identifiable and will only be used to find out how subscribers use our service and site. For example, this information will tell us how much time users spend on our site, from which other sites subscribers came, and to what other sites subscribers go. The collection of this information allows us to, among other things, prepare for traffic load demands.

Newsletter/E-lite Crowd
Our newsletter is an optional service to our customers and the visitors to our site. This newsletter provides product promotions and other special announcements. Your specific email address is required. We will not share your email address with any third-party without your explicit consent. We hope you find our newsletter both enjoyable and through our special offers rewarding as well.

Choice/Opt-Out
If we ever send you information by e-mail concerning new products or services that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an e-mail address by which you may request no future notices.

About Children/Teens.
Like you, Tobi Blatt is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.

ANYONE UNDER 18 must have their parent's or guardian's permission to order.
If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 13 and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our files. Please note: we may nevertheless maintain a record of that person's name and address in a "do not register" file to avoid subsequent registration by a child under the age of 13.
Ordering
Item availability: Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Tobiblatt.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "My Bag" button on the menu bar at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page.


Thinking of removing items from your cart?
You may instead want to consider saving the items to your wish list for a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can later be moved back to your shopping cart, or you can send copies of your wish list to others in hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note, items added to your wish list do not ensure later availability. (You must login to use the wish list feature). You may always login by clicking “log in” on the menu bar at the top of any page.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on “register” to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.
Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
Returns and Replacements
At Tobi Blatt, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 21 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Once your package has been received at tobiblatt.com, we will process your return/exchange. Pleae allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the product for your refund to be processed. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, Tobi Blatt will happily ship the replacement products at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.

To return or exchange a product, contact us by using the form located on our Contact Us page, email customer service@tobiblatt.com , or call us at 858-509-7501. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns to tobiblatt.com must have an RA# issued before we can accept the return/exchange. Items must be received within 10 days of the date the RA# is issued to you. Upon return and receipt of the product, tobiblatt.com will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less shipping costs. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to process. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Tobiblatt.com is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please reuse original packing materials whenever possible. We recommend you ship via UPS, USPS or FED EX and use ship tracking. Also, remember to insure the items for full value when shipping.

Returning a gift?
If you received a gift and want to return it, we can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or issue a store credit to you. Gift purchases follow the same guidelines for returns, and are subject to the same policies.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur on tobiblatt.com.
*If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
*If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

tobiblatt.com may offer special promotions and pricing, such offers may be time sensitive and valid only within stated specifications.
Tracking Orders
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting “my account” on the menu bar at the top of any page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on “Order History” to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. From here you can determine when your order actually leaves tobiblatt.com.

Updating Account Information
To register, simply click on “my account” and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout”, and this will automatically direct you to our register page.

To update account information, log into your account, and click on “Account Information” located at the top of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Submit”. The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.

If you ever forget your password there is always a link on the "my account" page. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, tobiblatt.com will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting "my account" once you log-in successfully. Passwords are case sensitive and must include a number or punctuation character.

Once you log-in to your account, you may change your password by clicking on "my account". Then click on "Account Information". Next click on the link that says: "Change password". Enter your new password and click on "Submit". "My account" is a useful destination for configuring your tobiblatt.com account to your liking.
